For morning assembly duties: All duty personnels are to meet at level 1 PA room at 7am sharp(except for Thursdays) and 8am for Thursdays. (I/Cs come earlier to draw key and set up system). For assembly duties (i.e. in hall ones): All duty personnels are to meet at level 3 PA room at 1.10pm SHARP. (I/Cs come 10mins earlier to ensure all equipments are properly set up). For photography and videography duties, you may or may not be asked to take photos/videos but do come and assemble too at level 3 PA room.

Hey guys! tomorrow the sec 1s would be coming in, so we would be splitting into groups to play certain games, Please be nice and incubate them into our cca :) We have altogether 14 of them coming in! Sorry, the Microsoft Techfest trip is cancelled as Mrs Chiang didnt tell me that registraton ended on the 14th. She said that when she asked in the library nobody wanted to go so she assumed that. So sorry to diappoint the sec3s who wanted to go =(
