Frequently Asked Questions

For morning assembly duties: All duty personnels are to meet at level 1 PA room at 7am sharp(except for Thursdays) and 8am for Thursdays. (I/Cs come earlier to draw key and set up system). For assembly duties (i.e. in hall ones): All duty personnels are to meet at level 3 PA room at 1.10pm SHARP. (I/Cs come 10mins earlier to ensure all equipments are properly set up). For photography and videography duties, you may or may not be asked to take photos/videos but do come and assemble too at level 3 PA room.

Hey Infocomm. (: I know its good to have a warm welcome to the new secondary ones, but please do not spam the club tagbox. The tagbox is there for us seniors to help you guys in any problems you guys occur, be it duty-wise or competitions. Rules to take note on tagging, 1) Strictly no spamming nonsense. Hey guys! tomorrow the sec 1s would be coming in, so we would be splitting into groups to play certain games, Please be nice and incubate them into our cca :) We have altogether 14 of them coming in! We would be playing games like Wacko, Cling cling, captain's ball and Telephone. As for the details of the games, I would explain as a whole tomorrow. :) see ya!

Studen Techfest@ Microsoft *update*

Sorry, the Microsoft Techfest trip is cancelled as Mrs Chiang didnt tell me that registraton ended on the 14th. She said that when she asked in the library nobody wanted to go so she assumed that. So sorry to diappoint the sec3s who wanted to go =(

Compulsory Competition "Safety Starts With Me"

Dear club, I know you've been busy with Extravaganza, here's and easy competition "safety starts with me" . There are 4 categories, Creative Writing , Poster drawing or illustration , Video & short films and Photography . (And Yes Lisa, you can work in groups for Video category) Each one of you can choose any of the category to unleash your creativity. Looks manageable (esp. poster creation) There are many competitions here, e.g. Creative Story Writing, Creative Photography, Poster Drawing, Video and Short Film. 2011 Theme “Don’t Ignore Everyday Risks at Work” This year’s theme reminds us that everyone must pay attention to the common everyday risks at work. Your creative entry can focus on prevention of work accidents or injuries or creating awareness in safety in this competition. Competition closes on 31 March 2011, Thursday.
