InfocommClub Mass Video Production

The Executive and Administrative Department(EAD) have plans to acquire new video equipments as part of the Infocomm Club protocol. After the acquirement of new equipments, we will be embarking on a mass video production, probably a 2hr to 3hr movie that is up to industry standards before the current mangaing committees end our term of service. We will likely be getting support from the Media Development Authority(MDA) and the possibility of the movie being likely to be shown in the big screens in the local scene. Jobs available may include Producers, Production Managers, Unit Manager, Production Coordinator, Post Production Supervisor, Director, First Assistant Director, Second Assistant Director, Production Assistant, Script Supervisor, Stunt Coordinator, Production Designer, Art Director, Assistant art director, Set Designer, Illustrator and many more. More details of it will be disclosed later after more rounds of planning and confirmation.

The Official InfocommGear™ Design Battle Is Now Open!

First of its kind in the Singapore school scene, the Nan Hua Infocomm Club will be embarking on a total identity programme to create the Club identity, a sense of belonging and forging closer bonds. The InfocommGear™ is a one of the unique concepts crafted by the Executive and Administrative Department (EAD) to fufil the mission of the programme. All Infocomm Club members are strongly encouraged to design your own InfocommGear™. The battle for the first of its kind InfocommGear™ is now OPEN! The best designs will be compiled and may be modified or edited by the Executive and Administrative Department (EAD) before finalising on the final product. All members are encouraged to indicate what type of gears they would like to see in the InfocommGear™ and design it. All entries are to be submitted to James by 28 August 2008 and late entries will only be accepted in the discretion of the Executive and Administrative Department (EAD). National Day Competition!!

yo ppl =) all of you should have known by now that there's a National Day competition organise by us[with Mrs Lim L.S] =) so come support our competition kaes!! it's compulsory for all members. DETAILS: Singapore’s national day is celebrated in commemoration of Singapore’s independence. Over the years, national day has not only become a day where we celebrate our ancestors’ hard work in building this nation but also to create a nation identity among Singaporeans. To promote a sense of belonging and identity among Singaporeans and the spirit of national day, and at the same time, promoting photography, this competition provides all of you with a platform to show our feelings towards our nation through digital images. RULES: 1) This competition is open to all lower and upper secondary students in NanHuaHigh. Participants can submit either individual or group entries. PEEPS (:

There will be a compulsory PA training on Wednesday (23rd July) for the club members. :D This session is mainly targeting the lower secondary members who seemed to have some unfamilarity here and there during Thursday assembly with the equipments and also to improve their backstage coordination with the PA room ppl. It starts from 2.15pm to 5pm. Good behavior grants an earlier release. (: Spread this to other Infocomm members who didn't come on last thursday. :D
