Hi this is just a checklist done by me so if YOU need anything else, please do bring them. I will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused just because YOU didn't bring them and it's not included in this checklist.
5. MONEY!!!! (>$30) Please do remember that meals are NOT provided except for the steamboat on the first night.
6. Plastic bags/zip-lock bags (unless you just stuff dirty and unworn clothes into your bag)
7. Slippers/shoes
8. Boardgames if you have, and am willing to bring. I doubt we'll need that many so if you're bringing, leave a tag! We just need around 3-4 different boardgames. Thanks!! :)
Also, if you are allergic to any foods and is going for the steamboat, please leave a tag to state what you are allergic to.
Lastly, report @ Pasir Ris MRT station at 3.45pm. If you're late, we will not wait for you, neither will the shuttle bus.
The next shuttle bus is at 9.15pm, which you will probably be taking alone if you decide to be late.

Rules and Regulations North Zone Inter-school Infocomm Skill Quest Challenge Date: 5 Nov 2009 Venue: Nan Chiau High School Time: 0800 - 1330
Brief Description about North Zone Inter-school Infocomm Skill Quest Challenge - Each school will be represented a group of 2 students. - One student from each group will have to register their mobile phone number with NCHS SMS System. Each group will be provided with a simplified map of the school. - When competition begins, NCHS SMS System will send questions related to infocomm to the competitors. Competitiors will have to provide the correct answers to receive a clue to the location one of the station. - At each of the station, the competitiors will have have to complete a particular IT tasks, e.g. create a simple animation to morph a square into a circle, or create a short advertisments, etc. - Upon completion of the challenge at each station, the group will receive the code which will unlock the clue to the next station. The time to taken to complete the tasks will be recorded by our system. - The group which complete the most number of stations with the submission of the best quality and the shortest time will be the winner.

Remember the Good Hygiene competition?
Lisa Lim, Jonathan Chandra, Jerixza Tan and Shawn Lau's clip has been shortlisted.
And a new rule from Mr Alvin Loo. If you do not return the school's equipment(eg. camera, video camera, mic, tripods etc) after borrowing them for duty, there will be no hesitation in him taking action against you.
And also, I think it's time the rules are set clear for when you are on duty. This applies for event duties, eg. CNY, Teachers' Day, Mid Autumn Festival Celebrations. 1) Attire given must be followed. 2) Late coming for rehearsals/actual event without a valid reason will be punishable. 3) Report to the OIC/2ndIC/ExCo when you arrive and before you leave early. 4) Items borrowed MUST be returned to the senior in charge of the respective places, eg. backstage, PA, photog/video etc) 5) Inform your seniors if you are leaving your duty area.
Failure to comply in any of the above will result in possible punishment.
